Passito for passion, a late harvest that finds in the cold a precious ally, guardian of the finest scents of Malvasia and Friulian Verduzzo. From an ancient golden treasure chest, the wine erupts in a seducing complexity on the nose with notes of apricot, tropical fruit, and candied cedar, on a mineral texture punctuated by light spiciness and hints of ginger. On the palate, it is extraordinarily satisfying, fresh and generous, with great length and harmony. Excellent with fine dry pastries, perfect with blue cheeses.
