Fresh and clean, mouth-filling with alive tannins, typical of the Refosco grape. Perfect match to roasted meats, game and full-flavoured pasta dishes, medium-aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16°C.   • Cabernet VINTAGE 2011 A strong personality wine ageing 2 years in barriques, 3 years in Tonneaux and one year in cement tanks. Made of 60% Cabernet and 40% Carmenere grapes, it has a ruby red colour with purplish glints. The bouquet is delicatelly balsamic and fruity. Elegant tannins marge with sapid and soft notes.   • Malvasia and Verduzzo Passito VINTAGE 2019 A late harvest wine finding in the cold the best friend to preserve the fine and elegant primary aromas of the Malvasia and the Verduzzo Friulano grapes. Rich, intense and complex nose, well-expressed on sinuous notes of apricot, tropical fruit and candied citron. Great mineral and slightly spicy structure with intriguing ginger notes. On the palate is extremely full, fresh and generous, with a very long and persistent finish. Ideal with dry patisserie, almond tarts and blue cheeses. Serving temperature: 12°C.
